JurisBot — Legal. Simplified.

The company

Adamant Technologies builds software for decisions people cannot look up.

Adamant Technologies Private Limited builds software for people who need to act on information they cannot easily get. JurisBot is its first consumer product: an AI legal assistant for Indian law, built so that every answer carries the law it rests on.

Why JurisBot

Most legal problems are lost before they start.

Not in court — earlier than that. A deposit is written off because nobody knew a demand letter was the next step. A notice period is served in full because the offer letter was never read closely. A cheque return memo sits in a drawer past the thirty days the law allows for the statutory notice.

None of that needs a courtroom. It needs someone to say what the law is, where it says it, and what to do next — quickly, in English, at a price that is not a barrier.

That is the entire product. JurisBot answers the question, reads the document, writes the notice, keeps the file together, and when the matter genuinely needs an advocate, hands over a prepared brief instead of a shrug.

How we build

Four commitments, and they constrain the roadmap.

Say where it came from

An answer without a source is an opinion. Every answer JurisBot gives is generated from retrieved source text, and every citation is checked against what was actually retrieved before you see it.

Treat the rules as the design

Bar Council Rule 36 and the Madras High Court’s July 2024 holding rule out rating advocates. Rather than working around that, the product is built so a rating surface cannot exist in it.

Your data stays yours

Export it, correct it, withdraw consent, or delete the account outright — the rights the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you are buttons in Settings, not a form you have to email.

Know where the product stops

JurisBot does not represent you, file for you, appear anywhere, or predict how a case will turn out. It gets you to an advocate prepared, and then it gets out of the way.
